I’ve enclosed some important information you will need in order to get started.

 

Utilities: The utilities gas/water/electric will need to be turned on ASAP. It’s best that we start after the services has been turned on due to efficiency.

Materials: Fresh Start will be happy to pick out all of your finishes and colors. Please let us know if you want any input with the materials. If so we will provide you with the options that fit within your color scheme and budget.

Change of Work Orders: A CHANGE OF WORK ORDER will be needed If you would like to add or make a change during the remodel process. Fresh Start will send you the change of work order through the software in order for you to approve and sign. The change of work order document will be held in your google folder on the Google Drive. 

 

 

Appliances: If you have an appliance package within your scope of work we will require the appliance payment near the end of the project.

Disclaimer: Once the appliances are delivered and installed, Fresh Start will not be responsible for theft from unsecured properties.

 

 

Keys: Fresh Start will duplicate the keys and leave one set at the property inside of a master lock box and the other set at the office in the lock box for emergencies. We can destroy the keys at the end of the project or keep them in order to service your maintenance needs.

 

If you are selling your home and is using a realtor we will leave the lockbox at the premises in order for your realtor to use and change the code so that only you and the realtor may have it.

 

You can use your discretion on how you would like to proceed.

 

 

Alarm Systems: Fresh Start highly recommend that you purchase an alarm system for your vacant properties during this process. The cost of the alarm system varies between $300 - $450 depending on how many doors we’re securing. The alarm system come with an app and we’re the point of contact during the remodel stage. Once the project has been completed we will transfer all the information over to you under your new account and release responsibility of the property.
